Serenity is top notch in professionalism & great service!! A little background on my situation-we have a goldfish pond in our backyard and for the past nearly 3 months we have been extremely frustrated over  a leak that's been occurring. We had a 'pond expert' come out and we spent over 1k. Only the pond was still leaking. Long story short, after repeated attempts for her to fix it and conflicting advice we still had the leak and now our waterfall looked terrible as well thanks to her 'help'.

Enter my phone call to Greg with Serenity last week. Not only did he patiently listen while I vented, he was extremely polite, responsive and knowledgable! His price to do a house call and investigate the pond himself was more reasonable than any other in the area we found.

He was able to tell us almost right away what the real issue was-tree roots in the waterfall box were causing the leak. Within 3 days he called me and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair and came out with his crew that same afternoon. As they worked he texted me updates and pictures of the progress. Wow!! Seriously great customer service. Our leak is now repaired AND he made our waterfall MORE beautiful than ever! Greg and his team are the best in the business and they have absolutely earned our loyalty.
