Our free estimate policy is as follows:

 

1. Serenity Water Gardens will provide the first original visit for free. During the meeting, we will offer the ideas and possibilities of how to construct the project, take the measurements and give an approximate cost, etc.
2. If the customer likes the ideas and would like to proceed with a contract, Serenity Water Gardens usually will finish the contract within 10-15 days. This 10-page color contract will illustrate full details of construction, color drawings and a final cost.
3. Serenity Water Gardens will also notify our customer that there will be $250 fee for the contract payable at the next meeting.
4. After having completed the contract, Serenity Water Gardens will set up an appointment to give our customer a presentation.
5. If the meeting results in Serenity Water Gardens’ constructing the project, the $250 fee will be credited toward the price of the project.
